Product Features
1. Safe power-on function: When the power is turned on, the motor will not start immediately no matter what position the throttle stick is in, to avoid personal injury.
2. Throttle stroke calibration function: adapts to the differences in
throttle, improves the linearity of throttle response, and has smooth and delicate speed control feel and excellent speed control linearity.
3. Program setting items:
Brake setting: no brake/with brake, the factory default value is no brake.
Battery type: Li-xx (lithium battery) / Ni-xx (nickel cadmium or nickel metal hydride), the default value is Li-xx (lithium battery).
Low voltage protection mode: reduce power/turn off output, the default value is to reduce power.
Low voltage protection threshold: low/medium/high, default value is medium cut-off voltage.
When the setting is to use Li-xx batteries, the number of lithium batteries will be automatically determined. The cut-off voltage of each battery under low/medium/high conditions is: 2.6V, 2.85V, 3.1V respectively.
When Ni-xx batteries are used in the setting, the ESC automatically detects the voltage of the battery pack when it is powered on. The low/medium/high cut-off voltages are 0%, 45%, and 60% of the input voltage at startup (0% means Without low voltage protection)
Start mode: normal/soft/super soft start, the default value is normal start.
Normal start is suitable for fixed wings and can start the motor quickly within 0.2 seconds.
Soft start/super soft start is suitable for helicopters; the initial speed of soft start and super soft start is relatively low, and it takes 1 second and 2 seconds respectively from start to full speed. , but if you close the throttle after starting, and start again within 3 seconds, it will start in the normal mode to avoid crashing due to slow response when doing some aerobatic manoeuvres.
Timing angle: low/medium/high, the default value is medium timing.
Low timing angle can adapt to more motors, but in order to improve efficiency, it is recommended to use low timing angle for 2-pole motors and medium timing angle for motors with 6 poles and above. To increase the speed, the timing can be set to a high timing. After changing angle settings, test them on the ground before flying.
Restore factory defaults.
4. Comprehensive protection functions:
under-voltage protection: set by the user through the program.
over-voltage protection: the input voltage exceeds 18 volts and will not start, automatically protects, and emits a rapid "beep" alarm sound.
over-heat protection: built-in temperature Detection circuit, the ESC automatically shuts down when the MOS tube temperature is too high.
remote control signal loss protection: reduce the power after 1 second of remote-control signal loss and turn off the output if there is no remote-control signal for another 2 seconds.
Process characteristics.
1. The power input end uses high-quality ultra-low impedance large-capacity electrolytic capacitors, which greatly improves the anti-interference ability.
2. The output MOSFET power tube is equipped with an independent heat sink to reduce the temperature rise of the device and improve the system's high current working capability.
3. It is controlled by a single chip microcomputer.
4 The microcontroller uses an independent voltage regulator chip to avoid power supply interference caused by BEC load changes and improve the working stability of the microcontroller.

Setting method
1. Turn on the transmitter and push the throttle to high (FUTABA series transmitters need to select REV for the throttle channel).
2. Connect the receiver and motor.
3. Turn on the power of the ESC and if the transmitter is normal, there will be the following sound: (If there is a long "beep" after the sound ends and there is no more sound, then check the reverse setting of the throttle channel of the transmitter.)
BB means LIPO automatic protection.
BB BB means NIMH/NICD automatic protection.
BBB BBB means brake selection.
(When there is no operation, all sounds will continue to cycle until there is an operation request.)
There are settings you want during the sound cycle. When you hear the prompt When there are syllables in the sound, (for example, if you select LIPO automatic protection and hear a B sound, pull the throttle to the low position) quickly pull the throttle to the low position. At the same time, the motor will make a sharp sound to confirm.
Currently, if there are other settings, quickly push the throttle to the maximum to select the next option.
If the setting you want is completed, wait for 2 seconds, the motor will make the appropriate battery protection confirmation sound again, and you can use it after confirming the throttle position.
LIPO automatic protection has only two protection voltage protection points, namely 6V and 9V. The battery can be used with a fully charged battery unnecessarily.
NIMH automatic protection is calculated based on the actual number of batteries. Each battery is set to 0.8V. To accurately judge the battery voltage, please fully charge the battery. If it is not fully charged, the ESC will estimate the protection voltage based on 70% of the voltage. (This function can also be used when using 4LIPO)
Brake:
The factory setting is none. You can perform a brake setting operation during actual use, so that the motor will use the back electromotive force to brake after closing the accelerator.
If you want to cancel this braking function, you can set the braking operation again, then the function will be cancelled.
Factory parameter reset function because this series of ESCs have overheating and mis operation protection functions. If you find that your ESC accelerates, turns, or has any characteristics such as throttle curve that have changed since it was new, you can do it once. Factory parameter settings to regain high performance.
There is a long beep of B when powering on, indicating that the ESC is in the LIPO automatic protection state, and three BBB beeps, indicating the NIMH/NICD automatic protection state.
Use common sense: (literacy)
Some players pick up the ESC and install it directly on the aircraft. As a result, they hear a beeping sound, and the motor does not turn, or the speed cannot increase. The reasons are as follows:
When using the ESC for the first time, you need to identify the large stroke and small stroke of the remote control. The method is as follows:
Connect the ESC to the motor ------ Connect the ESC cable to the receiver ------ Turn on the remote control and push the throttle to the high point ------ Plug the ESC into the battery ------ --Listen to the sound----Music (123)-----Beep (confirmation sound for high throttle point)----After two beeps, pull the throttle lever to the low point-----Hear the beep Three beeps----(throttle low point confirmation beep, two beeps for 2S, three beeps for 3S)-----OK
