This single mug heat press is designed for sublimation printing and offers a safe, user-friendly experience. It is a great addition to any sublimation setup, allowing you to easily print photos, images, or logos onto mugs. The machine includes an 11oz mug attachment as standard and is compatible with up to four different mould sizes in total. It is securely packaged for safe delivery.

How to Use a Sublimation Mug Press

• Start by setting up the mug press with the standard 11oz mould and place your sublimation mug into the holder.
• Ensure the mug is held firmly in place for the best print quality.
• Once the pressure is properly adjusted, remove the mug and set the press temperature to 177°C with a timer of 240 seconds.
• While the press is heating up, measure the printable area on your mug.
• For optimal results, leave at least 5mm of space at the top and bottom, and 20mm on each side of the handle. The recommended artwork size for an 11oz mug is 85 x 200mm.
• Print your design in reverse (mirror image) and cut it out neatly.
• Position the printed design face down on the mug, ensuring it is straight and smooth, then secure it with heat-resistant tape.
• Wrap a clean sheet of paper around the mug to protect the press from excess ink.
• By this time, the press should have reached 177°C.
• Place the mug back into the press and clamp it securely.
• When the timer or buzzer goes off, carefully remove the mug—be cautious as it will be very hot.
• Immediately peel off the paper while hot to avoid any ghosting effects.
