How We Ship Your Order
We handle three types of stock differently, shown on each product page as a ribbon.
In-Stock — already on our shelves in George. Dispatched by us via Just Colours Trusted Couriers. Delivery takes 3–7 working days. Standard shipping R99, free over R1500.
Pre-Order — not yet arrived from the manufacturer. Ships once our supplier has received and processed the stock (see the expected date on the product page — subject to change), then delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipped From Supplier rate applies: R150 standard, free over R2500.
Stock Ship from Suppliers — ordered in specifically for you from one of our suppliers. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location (may take a little longer during high-volume periods). Shipped From Supplier rate applies: R150 standard, free over R2500.
Mixed carts — if your order contains an in-stock item together with a pre-order or supplier item, we hold the whole order and ship it together in one delivery once every item reaches us. Please expect a delay: nothing dispatches until the full order is in.
Orders will only be placed with suppliers once payment has been reflected on our accounts. Please check stock availability with us before placing your order to avoid disappointment. If the supplier can't fulfil the order, we'll let you know and process a refund through your original payment method.
Pre-Order or Order on Request Stock
Pre-order stock is at the mercy of our suppliers and will be shipped within 3 days of stock arriving at Just Colours. This includes Order on Request stock. If the supplier can't fulfill the order, we will let you know and process a refund through the payment channel used at checkout. Please check stock availability with us before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Orders will only be placed with suppliers once payment has been reflected on our accounts.
In-Store Collection
I'll Collect — for collection in-store.
I'll Send My Courier — R15 fee. This option is available if you want to have something overnighted or have your trusted courier collect and transport your package for you. When selecting this option Just Colours will deem the collection from our store as Proof of Delivery and will not be liable if the package is damaged or lost in transit.
Courier
To deliver your favourite products, we have partnered with the most reliable courier companies, using Just Colours Trusted Couriers for in-stock deliveries. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
If you would like your order sooner you may send your courier by selecting in-store collection and then choosing the "I'll send my courier" option. We will notify you as soon as your order is processed and ready for collection.
We will always try our best to get your stock dispatched the same day but this is not always the case and is dependent on the courier companies. To give yourself the best chance of the item being dispatched on the same day use the card payment/instant EFT option available and make sure your order is placed before 11am.

Under no circumstance do we offer same-day or next-day delivery to clients more than 100km away from George, as it simply is not a feasible option for our courier partners.
