6. Shipping

Just Colours ships to all parts of South Africa. In-Stock items are dispatched via Just Colours Trusted Couriers, 3–7 working days, R99 standard, free over R1500. Pre-Order and Stock Ship from Suppliers items ship directly from our supplier, 2–3 business days processing plus 3–7 business days delivery, R150 standard, free over R2500. 7. Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refund terms — including additional conditions for Pre-Order and Stock Ship from Suppliers items — are set out in full on our Order Cancellations & Returns Policy page.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact Just Colours customer service by email or phone.

9. Disclaimer

Just Colours does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the website. Just Colours is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
