Small 9x9x5mm aluminium heatsinks with pre-applied thermal conductive tape, supplied in packs of 5. Ideal for cooling ICs, MOSFETs, voltage regulators, RAM chips, and Raspberry Pi processors to prevent thermal throttling and extend component life.

Handy Tips
- Clean first: wipe the chip surface clean of dust and oils so the tape bonds well.
- Peel and press: remove the backing film and press firmly for a few seconds to set the adhesive.
- Coverage: centre the heatsink over the hottest part of the chip for best heat transfer.
- Airflow: a little airflow over the fins greatly improves cooling versus still air.
- Raspberry Pi: fit one to the SoC (and one to the USB/LAN chip) to reduce throttling under load.
- Reuse: the tape is single-use; replace with fresh thermal tape if you remove a heatsink.
